Prof Dr Rakhi Singh Chouhan is the Professor and Principal at the Department of Law, Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Gwalior. With over 9 years of academic experience, she has held leadership positions, including Head of the Law School, where she contributed to curriculum development, research, and academic administration.
Her research interests primarily focus on Criminal Law, Writs, and Consumer Law. Prof Dr Rakhi has authored numerous research papers and remains actively involved in academic publications. In addition to her academic career, she has 14 years of experience in litigation, specializing in Criminal Law, Writs, and Debt Recovery cases.

Dr. Parineeta Goswami is an Assistant Professor of Law at the School of Law, UPES, Dehradun. She holds a Ph.D. in Law from RGNUL, Patiala, an LL.M. in Corporate Banking & Insurance Laws (Silver Medalist) from Amity University, Noida, and an LL.B. from the University of Rajasthan. She is also pursuing the final level of the Company Secretary (CS) qualification. Before joining academia, she practiced as a corporate lawyer, specializing in banking and finance laws. She has taught at Manipal University Jaipur and SRM University Sonipat. She has qualified for the UGC-NET JRF and has received several academic awards. Her research includes 46 publications, five authored books, and contributions to SCOPUS/ABDC-indexed journals. She has also delivered DTH lectures for SWAYAM Prabha and participated in international conferences on corporate and financial law.

Dr. Anjum Ajmeri Rabbani Ansari is an Assistant Professor at Dr. D. Y. Patil Law College, Pimpri, Pune, and holds a Ph.D. in Law with a dissertation titled "Legal Regime on Protection of Informational Privacy in India." With over eight years of academic experience, she specializes in Family Law and Cyber Law. A prolific researcher, her work focuses on informational privacy, human rights, and personal laws. She is the Founding Editor-in-Chief of the Pimpri Law Review (PLR) and served as the Academic Research Coordinator at D.Y. Patil Law College from 2021 to 2024. She also supervises Cyber Law Diploma dissertations for SPPU courses and has published over ten research papers in UGC CARE and peer-reviewed journals.

Sanya Darakhshan Kishwar is an Assistant Professor at Jindal Global Law School (JGLS), India, and a Ph.D. candidate at National Law University, Delhi, researching digital antifeminism in the Global South. She holds LL.M. degrees in International Human Rights Law from the University of Leeds, U.K. (2020) and in General Laws from The Pennsylvania State University, U.S.A. (2019). She has published several research papers in UGC CARE and peer-reviewed journals. Her research focuses on gender studies, feminist theories, and digital antifeminism in the Global South.

Sachin Yadav is a Ph.D. Scholar at the School of Law, University of Galway. He holds an LL.M. in Constitutional and Environmental Law from National Law University, Delhi, and an LL.B. from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. Additionally, he earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi.
Before transitioning into academia, he practiced as an Advocate at the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India. He has qualified for the UGC-NET JRF for Assistant Professorship and has multiple publications in esteemed journals and book chapters. He was elected as the Postgraduate Research Officer at the University of Galway Students’ Union for the 2024-25 term.

Additionally, he has pursued Spanish (Hons.) from the English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU), Hyderabad, and holds a Diploma in Client Satisfaction from the Universidad Católica de Chile.
He has qualified UGC-NET in Law and UGC-NET in Criminology, demonstrating his expertise in multiple legal disciplines. His research interests span criminal law, client advocacy, and international legal studies. With a commitment to academic excellence, he has contributed to legal scholarship through research publications and teaching.

He is actively engaged in legal research and teaching, and his contributions to academic journals continue to enrich the field of law.

A certified mediator by AIIMAS, she brings a multidisciplinary approach to her teaching. Shivang Tripathi is a Doctoral Researcher and Senior Research Fellow at Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi). A gold medalist in Intellectual Property Rights from Chanakya National Law University (CNLU), Patna, he has also received the Late Justice Harilal Agarwal Memorial Award for Excellence in Academics.
Before academia, he practiced at the Allahabad High Court for nearly six years, focusing on criminal litigation. His research interests include freedom of expression, intellectual property, and constitutional law. UGC NET/JRF qualified, he has authored several publications on legal and socio-legal issues. His doctoral research explores freedom of expression in the digital era.

Mridula Nair is an Advocate specializing in International Business Laws and Commercial Dispute Resolution. She holds an LL.M. from King’s College London with a focus on arbitration and corporate law. She has experience handling cross-border commercial disputes and international arbitration cases in tribunals such as the LCIA and DIFC.
She currently works as a Junior Counsel at the Chambers of Karishma Vora (Barrister, London), where she serves as a Tribunal Secretary in LCIA arbitration and assists in high-stakes disputes involving English, DIFC, and Indian law. She has also worked with leading legal teams in India and the U.K., contributing to legal research, contract negotiation, and compliance. Additionally, she has served as an editor and research assistant for various legal journals and foundations.
