Lex Vedika Law Journal Copyright Policy
We accept only original manuscripts that have neither been submitted for publication nor published elsewhere in any form. The author must ensure that their manuscript does not infringe upon the rights of others and does not contain any unlawful statements.
The copyright of the published manuscripts shall remain with Lex Vedika Law Journal.
In the case of a multi-authored article, the corresponding author must obtain written permission from all co-authors to enter into an agreement and assign copyright. Additionally, all co-authors must thoroughly read and agree to the warranties and authorization stated herein.
Lex Vedika Law Journal shall have the sole right to publish the manuscript in the journal or any other medium, with necessary editorial amendments to enhance its suitability for publication.
Furthermore, any manuscript written during an internship period for publication at Lex Vedika or Lex Vedika Law Journal shall be considered the intellectual property of Lex Vedika Law Journal exclusively, and the journal shall retain the exclusive right to use the content for the lifetime of the work. The publisher may assign its rights under this agreement.
While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure that no plagiarized content is published, if it is found that an author has submitted plagiarized work or violated third-party rights, the author shall bear sole liability for any disputes arising from such violations, and Lex Vedika Law Journal shall not be held responsible.
