Peer Review Process
Lex Vedika Law Journal follows a double-blind peer review process to ensure objective and high-quality evaluation of submissions. The review process follows these steps:
Initial Screening – The Editor reviews all submissions to assess compliance with the submission guidelines and overall suitability for peer review.
Anonymization – Authors must remove all identifying details from the manuscript, including names, affiliations, and acknowledgments. A separate Title Page must be submitted, containing:
Manuscript title
Author names and affiliations
Contact details of the corresponding author
Peer Review – Selected manuscripts are sent to independent subject experts for evaluation. Authors should ensure that self-citations do not reveal their identity.
Revision & Resubmission – Based on reviewer feedback, authors may be required to revise and resubmit their manuscripts for further consideration.
Final Decision – Following the final review, the Editorial Board makes the ultimate decision regarding acceptance or rejection, and authors are notified accordingly.
This process upholds the academic integrity and publication standards of the journal while maintaining a fair and transparent review system.
